Vivian Nasaka John-Langba, LLM, is an independent human rights consultant and a doctoral candidate in public law in the Faculty of Law at the University of Cape Town (UCT), South Africa. She previously worked as a research advisor at the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) in Johannesburg, South Africa.
