Obijiofor Aginam, is Assistant Director and Head of Governance for Global Health, United Nations University-International Institute for Global Health in Kuala Lumpur, and concurrently Adjunct Research Professor of Law and Legal Studies at Carleton University, Ottawa, and Visiting Professor in the Integrated Research System for Sustainability Science (IR3S), University of Tokyo. Dr Aginam holds a PhD from University of British Columbia, and is the author of Global Health Governance: International Law and Public Health in a Divided World (2005) and other books.
