Grace Njoki Maina
Grace Njoki Maina holds a Ph.D. in Gender from Makerere University, Uganda. She is an assistant lecturer at KCA University, Nairobi in the School of Education, Arts and Social Sciences. She has been a fellow of, the Social Science Research Council Next Gen Fellowships (2021-2024), the Gerda Henkel Stiftung Foundation PhD Scholarship (Makerere University 2021-2023 ) and the University of Michigan African Presidential Scholars (UMAPS) 2023. Grace’s research interests focus on contributing to scholarship, research, and advocacy in Feminist History with her recent publication focusing on, “Gender Dynamics in Land (Re)Distribution and Alternative Justice Systems in Africa.”
