Professor Charles Ukeje is a Professor of International Relations at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He previously held faculty positions at Oxford University’s Department of International Development and at the Institute of Peace and Security Studies at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. He served as Lead Researcher of the 2014-2016 APN Collaborative Working Group (CWG) Grant awarded by the Social Science Research Council (SSRC).
