Willis Okumu is currently a Junior Researcher at the Center for Development Research (ZEF), University of Bonn, Germany. He is also a Fellow of the Africa Good Governance Network (AGGN) of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), and an Associate Fellow of the Africa Research and Resource Forum (ARRF), a think-tank based in Nairobi, Kenya. He holds a Master of Arts in Social Anthropology from the University of Cologne, Germany, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Nairobi, Kenya.
