Resty Naiga
Resty Naiga is a lecturer at Makerere University, Department of Development Studies, the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. She has a PhD in water governance from University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU) Vienna, Austria, a Masters in Development Studies from University College Dublin, Ireland, and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda. She has special interests in natural resources governance, collective-action, conflict, gender, peacebuilding, and transdisciplinary research design. She has held several awards, including the 2019 Individual Research Grant of the SSRC’s African Peacebuilding Network (APN).
