Gloria Longbaam-Alli
Gloria Longbaam-Alli holds a Doctorate in History from Makerere University. Her PhD research examined hybrid strategies of conflict management in Central Nigeria, emphasizing local community engagement in peacebuilding. Dr Alli has been awarded multiple distinguished fellowships, including the Social Science Research Council’s (SSRC) Next Gen Dissertation Completion Fellowship for her PhD research in 2022, the Next Gen Postdoctoral Writing Fellowship in 2023, and the African Peacebuilding Network (APN) Individual Research Fellowship (IRF) in 2024. Currently a faculty member at the University of Jos, her experience and publications position her as a significant contributor to African peacebuilding.
