Pigeon Kambale Mahuka is a professor of public international law and Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Goma, DRC. He holds a doctorate in law from the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium). He is an Advocate at the Court of Appeal and Coordinator of the North Kivu Provincial Assembly Study Bureau.
